The AlarmSense Manual Call Point is purpose-built to function within AlarmSense compatible two-wire fire alarm systems. Initiating an alarm is achieved by pressing the resettable element. This call point communicates with the Control and Indicating Equipment through specific voltage signals. When activated, the resettable element rotates, displaying yellow and black indication bars alongside a solid red LED. Resetting the call point is a simple process from the front using the provided reset key.
Operation:
Upon activation, the AlarmSense Manual Call Point introduces a load onto the line, which is detected by the fire control panel. This detection prompts the fire control panel to elevate the line voltage, thereby activating the sounders. Once activated, the load from the manual call point is then removed.

The Apollo 55400-894APO AlarmSense Manual Call Point operates via push button and incorporates a redesigned reset mechanism. It adheres fully to the EN54-11 standards.
Additionally, a protective perspex cover is optionally available for added safeguarding.
